Information We Collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide when creating an account (name, email) and data you choose to store in your vault (work history, education, skills, documents, etc.). We also collect basic usage analytics to improve the Service.

How We Use Your Information

Your vault data is used solely to provide 1Application services — storing your information, generating resumes, creating cover letters, and powering AI features you request. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your vault data for advertising.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure, encrypted servers using enterprise-grade infrastructure (Supabase, built on PostgreSQL). We use row-level security to ensure only you can access your data. All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.

AI Processing

When you use AI features (resume generation, cover letter writing, ATS scoring), your vault data is processed by AI models to generate the requested output. This processing happens on-demand and the AI does not retain your data after generating results.

Your Rights

You may access, update, or delete your data at any time through your account settings. You may request a complete export of your data. Upon account deletion, your data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your login session and preferences. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of 1Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
