1Application provides a secure personal vault for storing professional and personal information, including work history, education, skills, certifications, references, and documents. AI-powered tools assist with resume generation, cover letter writing, and application tracking.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to update it as needed. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you store in your 1Application vault. We do not sell, share, or use your personal data for advertising purposes. Your data remains yours even if you downgrade or cancel your subscription.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use 1Application to store illegal content, transmit malware, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

6. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to the Free tier features. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

1Application is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
